Despite a Red Alert Heat Warning, Elkton had some 70 Chalkers for the 2019 Annual Chalk the Walks Event!
Community Goodness and Creativity were spread along the streets of Downtown Elkton and we’re Excited to share some of the Amazing work produced by all the Wonderful folks who showed up to MAKE THEIR MARK!
Members of the Bayside Community Network were the first Chalkers to arrive on the scene. The wall along the entrance to the Elkton Alliance made the perfect palette for wheelchair accessibility.
