POSTPONED – Showcase On Main – Roaring 20’s Soiree

An evening of cocktails, appetizers and dancing to celebrate Carasmark’s 12th anniversary! All profits raised will go to benefit children in need through projects such as: providing backpacks filled with school supplies to students attending Title 1 schools, providing a weekly bag of groceries to local families, and giving young readers books to bring home to foster a love for reading.
Themed attire (flapper or gangster) is encouraged but not required.

CCAC’s Annual Silent Auction Fundraiser 2019

CCAC’s biggest fundraiser of the year will be held at Schaefer’s Canal House in Chesapeake City on Friday, November 1 from 6:00 – 11:00 p.m. There will be dining, music, dancing, a silent auction and some fun art components, too. Schaefer’s will be serving heavy, “Maryland themed” hors d’oeuvres, with beer and wine included. Cash bar for liquor will be available. The gala’s theme is black and white and you are welcome to dress-up or dress-down. For added fun, add some Maryland pride to your attire that evening!
Cost is $65 per person or $475 for a table of 8.

An Artful Tasting – The Palette & The Page

“An Artful Tasting” on Friday, October 18, 2019 from 6pm-8pm at The Palette & The Page, LLC gallery, presents the opportunity to taste four California wines curated by John Murray of State Line Liquors. John will be on hand to answer questions about the wines that will be enjoyed and will share his vast knowledge of wines, wine making and more.
The food portion of the evening will feature North East Chocolates Salted Caramels, Argos Olives & Olive Oil, Plan B Apiaries local honey and a yummy appetizer supplied by the Gallery. This evening event is held in support of a creating a Cecil College Art and Design Program Scholarship. All donations during the evening go directly toward the scholarship fundraising effort. The event is sponsored by State Line Liquors.
